When will my order be sent?
Orders received by 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day! Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders. Please also consider public holidays when checking the shipping method. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and
2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.

SKIN TYPE I
Skin burns very easily and doesn't tan. Likely to have light blonde or red hair.
SKIN TYPE II
Skin will usually burn in the sun and has difficulty tanning.
SKIN TYPE III
Skin will sometimes burn and will tan gradually.
SKIN TYPE IV
Skin will tan easily and rarely burn.
SKIN TYPE V
Skin will tan without burning.

Skin never burns, always tans darkly.
How to use
How to
Twist the dial to shave off a small amount of balm. Massage onto dry skin to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add water to emulsify, then wipe away with your esmi mitt or warm water for a fresh, clean finish.

How Often
You can incorporate our Cleansing Butter Balm into your routine as often as your skin needs! We recommend adding our cleanser into your AM & PM cleansing routine for optimal results. It's particularly beneficial if you are wearing full coverage makeup, sunscreen or are a dry skin type. If you don't wear heavy products daily, you may not need to use the Cleansing Butter Balm every day but you'll certainly want too!

Hyaluronic Acid
Wide spectrum and triple action. Holds 1000x its weight in water for complete skin hydration, plumping and improvement in fine lines & wrinkles.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
Improves the appearance of large pores and uneven skin tone for skin restoration and maintenance. Great for skin restoring and repairing problematic skin.
Ceramides
Supports the skin barrier by locking in moisture, for healthier looking skin.
