Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and
2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.

How to use
How to:
AM: Cleanse, apply a pearl size Hyaluronic Hydrating Skin Treat Serum followed by 2-3 drops of Acai Balancing Oil. Follow with SPF/foundation.
PM: Double cleanse, apply a pearl size Hyaluronic Hydrating Skin Treat Serum followed by 2-3 drops of Acai Balancing Oil.
Week 2
AM: Cleanse, apply a pea size of the Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum, followed by 2-3 drops of Acai Balancing Oil. Follow with SPF/foundation.
PM: Double cleanse, every 2nd night apply pearl size of the Encapsulated Retinol* (alternating nights with Hyaluronic Hydrating Skin Treat Serum). Follow with 2-3 drops of Acai Balancing Oil.
Give your 2-3 weeks to adjust to your Encapsulated Retinol Skin Treat. If you feel as though your skin is tolerating your routine then you are ready to introduce the Pomegranate Brightening Serum and Toner!
AM: Cleanse, apply 3-4 pumps of Toner onto a cotton pad and gently swipe it over your entire face and neck. Apply a pearl size of the Pomegranate Brightening Serum, followed by the Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum and then 2-3 drops of Acai Balancing Oil. Follow with SPF/foundation.
PM: Double cleanse, every 2nd night apply pearl size of the Encapsulated Retinol (alternating nights with Hyaluronic Hydrating Skin Treat Serum). Follow with 2-3 drops of the Acai Balancing Oil.
Wearing SPF EVERYDAY is essential when treating scarring/pigmentation, as UV will only cause discolouration to darken and break down collagen.
*You may experience slight dryness or peeling caused by your Level 2 Encapsulated Retinol. Continue use and reach out to our Skin Service for support during this journey.
