What was your biggest skin challenge prior to using esmi?
I had underlying congestion (whiteheads and blackheads) that I just couldn't seem to get rid of, especially across my jawline.
What specific results can you share from using esmi?
The deep lumps and bumps have definitely come to the surface and reduced in size. I've also noticed only minimal new ones have formed. My skin is certainly looking much smoother.
What are some ways that you practice self-care in such a busy, demanding world?
I keep pretty active with a mix of cardio, yoga and pilates.
This keeps me both physically and mentally healthy. I also like to take time off social media on most weekends if I can. At night, I love to read which is my own form of meditation.
Who is someone you look up to and why?
Celeste Barber. What she did for this country after the bushfires was nothing short of phenomenal. I also love her constant body positivity and reminding us that social media is not always what it seems. She really encourages everyone to be themselves and however that looks is fine.
What is something that people don’t know about you?
I am a qualified women's health physiotherapist!
